RECONDITIONED WOOD PALLETS
Reconditioned pallets can be obtained at a substantial cost savings over new pallets. We regularly multiple grades of 48″ x 40″ (approx.) reconditioned pallets, perfect for various applications. In addition, we have other odd sizes available to meet your specific needs. See below for specifications.
Reconditioned High Grade 1 (NP or HG1)
Stringers: 3 stringers, clean, no plugs or companions
Notch: 4-way entry
Top Deck: nominal 6″ lead boards/interior top deck boards
Bottom Deck: nominal 6″ lead boards/interior boards
Fasteners: 3 interior bottom deck
Suitable for automated machinery.
High Grade 1 pallets are clean and free of debris making them ideal for the food industry.
Reconditioned Standard Grade 1 (*1)
48×40 Stringer-Class, Partial 4-way, Multiple-Use
Stringers: 3 stringers, clean, no plugs or companions
Notch: 4-way entry
Top Deck: 7 boards (typically)
Bottom Deck: 5 boards (typically)
Suitable for automated machinery.
Standard Grade 1 pallets are clean and free of debris making them suitable for food products and food warehouses.
Reconditioned High Grade 2 (*2)
48×40 Stringer-Class, Partial 4-way, Multiple-Use
Stringers: 3 stringers, 1 plug per opening
Notch: 4-way entry, no blocked notches
Top Deck: 7 boards (typically)
Bottom Deck: 5 boards (typically)
Suitable for automated machinery.
High Grade 2 pallets are clean and free from surface dirt and debris making them suitable for food products and warehouses
Reconditioned Standard Grade 2 (M2)
48×40 Stringer-Class, Partial 4-way, Multiple-Use
Stringers: 3 stringers, may have multiple plug repairs
Notch: 4-way entry, no blocked notches
Top Deck: mixed width lead boards and/or interior boards
Bottom Deck: mixed width lead boards and/or interior boards
May not be suitable for automated machinery.
Plastic Pallets
We supply used plastic pallets. Plastic pallets, bins and components are recycled. Some plastic pallets are repaired and resold.
